Objective: MaMa Kelly had to astound people. We were off to a good start with an industrial building in a remote location. However, De Horeca Fabriek also wanted to do something special with the interior. The overall-layout, for example, shows that the kitchen and brasserie are on one side, the restaurant on the other, and right in between is the bar. MaMa Kelly is rugged yet stylish. Because the dishes are mostly prepared with fresh products, the interior is filled with natural elements and materials to create a connection. The interior makes clever use of materials such as leather, wood, steel, and copper. No fakes, all natural.
