Rely on your own strength, don’t compromise, be original, and be modern. These are the four core values of GOUD (gold) that summarise Herman den Blijker and his associate Nick de Kousemaeker’s brand new restaurant in Rotterdam. De Horecafabriek, in close collaboration with Herman himself, took care of the interior, corporate identity, and branding of GOUD.
The result? A representation of Herman den Blijker’s numerous ideas and an amazing combination of about 300 years of experience in the catering industry. The main emphasis in the interior is on gold, brass, and green velvet, which perfectly fit in with the Rotterdam-chic look of the restaurant.
