De Horeca Fabriek envisions, designs, develops, realises, and guides concepts for the catering industry from start to finish. Efficiency and structure are always central to our approach. With a team of designers that has tons of experience in the catering industry, we help with developing concepts and formulas that are well worth the investment. 

BRANDING & INTERIOR DESIGN

In the last two years, the consumer’s view of the catering industry has radically changed. Consumers want to feel a connection with the place they are visiting. They demand more attention and dedication to the details. Furthermore, personality has become more and more related to brand identity. People want brands to have a personality and become “befriend” them. With this development in mind, De Horeca Fabriek develops brands and concepts with the passion and personal commitment that satisfies and binds the consumer. A selection of successful projects are: The Seafood Bar Amsterdam, Stan&Co Utrecht, EXKi Nederland, Barista Cafe Nederland, and, of course, our very own MaMa Kelly.

A design has to be both unique and effective. Furthermore, the design has to suit the location, target audience, and client for its specific market. Therefore, it’s a good thing we are a really curious bunch... Research and target audience analysis form the foundation for our design process. We make our choices and design solutions based on our knowledge, development in the market, and, last but not least, the client’s feedback. It’s important for the client to feel connected to the concept, for (s)he needs to channel and sell the concept to the employees and, eventually, the customer. Therefore, the biggest challenge in our line of work is developing new ideas and realising them. Innovation is the key!
